At Sakthi Car, we aim to provide a seamless car purchasing experience. Please carefully read our delivery policy below
1. Booking and Payment Terms :
A booking fee of ₹900 is required for a trial.
After the trial drive, if you decide to purchase the car, the full payment must be completed.
Once the booking and full payment are fulfilled, the delivery process will commence immediately.
2. Trial Drive Details :
You will be given two hours to test drive the car.
The booking amount of ₹900 is non-refundable, regardless of purchase decision.
3. Store Location :
All purchases must be made in-store at our Chennai location.
We do not provide home delivery services for vehicles.
4. Service Area :
We cater exclusively to buyers from Tamil Nadu.

FAQs
The booking fee is ₹900, which is required to schedule a test drive. This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total vehicle price if you decide to proceed with the purchase.
You will have 2 hours to test drive the vehicle. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and assess the car during this time.
No, we do not offer delivery services. All purchases must be made in-store at our Chennai location.
Currently, we do not provide financing options directly. However, we recommend contacting your bank or financial institution for car loan services.
The booking fee is non-refundable, except if the booking is cancelled within 15 days (as per our return policy). In that case, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
We offer a 1-year warranty for the engine and gearbox on vehicles purchased that meet the eligibility criteria (models from 2016 or later, with mileage below 1 lakh km).
If you choose not to purchase the vehicle after the trial, your ₹900 booking fee will not be refunded, but no further payments are required.
We do not offer returns once the purchase is completed. However, if there are any issues covered under the warranty, please contact us.
The warranty applies only to vehicles that are 2016 models or newer and have under 1 lakh kilometers on the odometer.
