1. Booking and Payment :

A booking fee of ₹900 is required for a trial drive.

The trial drive fee is non-refundable, irrespective of purchase decisions.

Full payment must be made to finalize the purchase of a vehicle.

2. Trial Drive Policy :

Customers are allowed two hours for the trial drive.

Booking is valid for 15 days. If the purchase is not completed within this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

3. Sales Policy :

All sales are final. Vehicles are sold in their current condition, as inspected and tested by the buyer.

No post-sale services or maintenance will be provided.

4. Warranty :

Vehicles purchased that meet the eligibility criteria (models from 2016 onward and mileage below 1 lakh km) include a 1-year engine and gearbox warranty.

Warranty covers only the engine and gearbox; damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are excluded.

5. Eligibility and Service Area :

Sakthi Car sells exclusively to customers within Tamil Nadu.

All purchases must be completed in-store at our Chennai location.

6. Privacy and Communication :

By providing your contact details, you agree to receive communication from us related to your purchase or inquiries.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability :

Sakthi Car is not liable for any issues arising from the vehicle after the sale, except for those covered under the warranty terms.

Buyers are encouraged to conduct thorough checks before completing the purchase.

8. Dispute Resolution :

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Chennai.
